To book a fun experience for a group of family and friends, consider booking a private French baking class from Le Petit Croissant.

As the organizer, you’ll save 10% on the cost of your own class.

Most classes are 2-3 hours in length, with the exception of my flagship class (Learn To Make Croissants), which is 4 hours and requires some work with the dough at home after class.  The standard class size is 6 students, although I can sometimes accommodate more.

All classes review required high altitude baking adjustments, and use standard residential equipment that you probably have in your own kitchen, too. To paraphrase Sinatra, “If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere”!

  • French Onion Soup With 1-Hour Bread
