Cream Puffs With Chantilly Cream

Course Description

Learn all about “choux paste” and how to make those delicious, versatile cream puffs and eclairs that are staples on the dessert tray.  I’ll share all my tips for good flavor,  loft, and an intentionally hollow — but baked through — interior.  We’ll make Chantilly Cream for the filling, and a divine chocolate sauce to drizzle over top.
