Successful Cakes and Cookies At High Altitude

Learn the adjustments that are critical for success when baking at altitudes of up to 8,000 feet and beyond.

Course Description

Wouldn’t you love to bake a cake that doesn’t fall? Or a pan of cookies that doesn’t flatten in the oven?  Have you ever been confused by the conflicting advice you find online for how to bake at high altitude?

If yes, this class is for you.  Whether you’re an experienced baker, or a baker who’s just beginning, baking at high altitude can be a challenge. Learn what you need to adjust — and what you don’t need to adjust.  We’ll make a delicious recipe to prove just how much these adjustments can change your baking experience.

This class pairs well with my “All About Buttercream” class.

Introductory Price: $65 per person

This class is suitable for a private class of 6 or more students.  Please contact me if you’d like to set one up.
