Valentine’s Day Dessert:  French Meringue With Red Berries and Chantilly Cream

Course Description

Make this delicious French meringue dessert that is filled with Chantilly Cream and spectacularly studded with red berries.  Light and delicious, make this show-stopper in the morning, then store it in your refrigerator until dinner.

Sign up now and let the romance begin.

Students take home one ready-to-eat “roulade” (pronounced roo-lawd) and recipes and tips for making French meringue and Chantilly cream.

NOTE: Students must bring a large, shallow box or cookie sheet or similar for transporting home this fragile dessert.  Roulade must be refrigerated immediately after class, but will not require any additional attention.
