Successful Cakes and Cookies At High Altitude

Learn the adjustments that are critical for success when baking at altitudes of up to 8,000 feet and beyond.

Course Description

Wouldn’t you love to bake a cake that doesn’t fall? Or a pan of cookies that doesn’t flatten in the oven?  Have you ever been confused by the conflicting advice you find online about how to bake at high altitude?

High altitude presents unique challenges that can ruin even the most experienced baker’s recipe. In this important class you’ll learn what to adjust, what not to adjust, and why.  Whip up a batch of delicious chocolate cupcakes before you go home and see the difference these adjustments can make to your baking.
